Maternity Photos
The amazing and talented Marie (Sarah Marie Photos) did our maternity pictures for us in November. She is absolutely amazing and so talented! We love working with her and she is very patience with us (my husband especially). Ha! It was freezing that day and the wind was blowing but I wouldn't have changed any of the weather for the sun was gorgeous! Sophie will get to see her parents in their true fashion! Wind blown hair and all....

A Bump Through Time
Hi...it has been a while since we've chatted. :) I'm so behind on blogging! I guess that's what happens when you are teaching 19 fun filled third graders, carrying a sweet little girl, and trying to get organized a new home while trying to get the old one ready to sell. Ha!
We have had so much going on including baby showers, a beautiful wedding of my sweet friend Jessica, and many many other adventures. I'm hoping to blog all about that soon and over the next two weeks while I'm on Christmas Break. I've realized how great blogging is because I'm able to record the amazing memories I'm making with my family and friends. It has also helped with this pregnancy brain.
I thought I would share my baby bump over the past 8 months. I currently am 36 weeks pregnant and so ready to meet our sweet Sophie. Blake and I were able to do the 4D ultrasound and was amazed by her features and the movement she creates within me. What a blessing!!! She did such an amazing job and was so active. I know she's going to keep me busy but I can't wait to meet her. I am ready to begin a whole new amazing chapter in our southern love story journey.

Sophie is right on target for January 16th and she is currently around 5.6 pounds. I'm hoping she decides to come on her due date since half of the family will be in Pasadena cheering on our tigers! Sophie did make it to her first SEC game and she had a blast!! She was really calm during the game but cheered on her tigers with a few kicks and wiggles (week 34). Love my sweet girl and can't wait to hold her!!
