S'mores Kind of Night

The Miracle girls are so much fun for a girls' night. We usually do pedicures and dinner, but one Friday night we decided to do a S'mores night. They came over to the house for a fun night of homemade pizza, s'mores, hot chocolate and Big Time Rush (BTR).

I love cooking! I just don't do it often because I don't have time to do it. Having a month long break though gave me plenty of time to try out new recipes. For Christmas, I got a neat little s'more roaster and a hot chocolate maker. It actually roast marshmallows in the safety of your home and it was so much fun! It melted the marshmallow to a perfect consistency and then once you add chocolate and graham cracker, it is even more perfect!

Needless to say, we had a blast that evening! I'm so grateful for friends such as Carol Ann and her daughter Abby. They accept me for me and love to have a good time.
